Responsibilities:
- Assisting in entitlements, financial and market analysis, acquisitions, site selection, due diligence, project design, project management, permitting, construction management, investor relations, and internal operations.
- Assist in managoing project proformas, budgets, and capital partner draws; produce monthly and annual reports to investors.
- Assist in overseeing all contractors, consultants, and vendors, including architects, engineers, and general contractors.
- Assist in underwriting acquisition targets, determining project capitalization structure and development returns.
- Coordinate and interface with all governmental agencies to successfully obtain entitlements, approvals, and permits.
